Vice Skipper should check the details - skipper specifically said "since records began in 1987"... Any other record contributions may just have to go down as urban myths!!

Remember, statistics don't lie - unless we tweak them slightly, and hide those we don't want to show...

meant to mention that someone got 10 wickets for dunnikier 2nd's back in the day. Its up on the wall in the tea room/ Portakabin. The skiiper should really get his facts right before making these posts....

The record batting is just over 200 its in the Dunnikier book by Mr potter. To put daves 155 in perspective Roy got 50ish on the same day including a 6 off the back of his bat.... Must have been a good bowling attack that day! :D
Brian i think was 145, i was number 4 that day and sat with the pads on for 40 overs... Braw!

Dave Smith scored 201 not out against Edinburgh Uni Staff I think... I'm sure that he shared an unbeaten opening partnership with Alistair Winter, who got about 30 odd!!! Dave was our young pro from Lancashire area... Think it would have been around 1984-85... Pete will recall better than me... As he's much older!!!

PS Dave Redpath got approx 155 against some diddy's in Leith on the short pitch!!!

PPS BC scored something stupid like 149 against Broomhall (possibly)...

Sounds like Skipper is setting down a challenge.
